Mayfield Senior School operates two different block schedules to incorporate:

• A built-in meeting time for clubs, newspaper, theatre tech and yearbook.
• An earlier dismissal on Thursdays and some Tuesdays so that athletes will not miss as much class time when they leave school to compete. (Tuesday dismissals vary depending on the activity of the day.)
• A Four-Day Week schedule to be followed whenever a week has only four days of classes. Those weeks are indicated on the calendar.
